My father passed away a year ago and i have a tribal band that i got when i was 17. I want to put a picture of him on my deltoid/shoulder and cover up the band by making a background around the picture. I was thinking clouds or sunlight, who knows? Bottom line is that i’ve been searching the net for hours and the only "flawless" portraits i’ve seen was from ignition tattoo but thats in LA. Someone help!!

There is a piercer in Davis named Chris who is really nice and his fiance is a tattoo artist. If she isn’t big on portraits, I’m sure they know of someone who is.
