I’m looking for a good portrait artist want to get a tat that has my dad, his horse, and dog but I want it to be done with high quality since it’s a memorial thing. Washington state or Portland OR area Thanks

i don’t know if he does portraits but the main guy at Optic Nerve Arts is Portland is REALLY good! I’ve never been more impressed with anybody’s work, its phenominal.
