Pro Art Artist Pastels contents?

For the project I need them, I need to use chalk pastels, or non oil based pastels.
These are their soft pastel ones, are they oil based?
No yes and no answers, I just need to know what they are because I can’t find any information on them.
Oil pastels can stain resin, which is what I am working on.
Thank you in advance.
Answer #2, I CAN’T USE OIL BASED. They stain the resin types I use, making them useless to reuse, I can only use chalk pastels.

Look for Polychromos pastels. This is the modern version of the old dray pastels (chalks). They are oil base but very hard, Does not brake easily, can be erased and comes in very large range of colors. Some natural red chalks and white chalks are made of minerals like clay and calcium but prepare for a lot of mess and they requires some practice.

I don’t know about Pro Art Artist Pastels. I personally use Rembrandt pastels, which are very high quality non-oil-based pastels. Please note they are also expensive. You can get them on-line or in any art supply store. They offer half-stick sets which give you a good variety of colors but are a little less expensive. I love them. They are the best pastels I have ever used.
