MAC Brushes vs Painting Brushes

Ok, so it seemed I sparked interest in my last trip to the craft store when I featured some brushes. So I made this video to help some people out! Enjoy!

    well….I’d be damned! I’d never thought about that before and I used to be an art student…so I’m quite familar with different brushes. But I’ve got a question…I’m not sure what number it is…but does MAC have a fan brush that gives you an air brushed look? and if so, then likely you could find a pain brush that does about the same right? Anyway, again this is so helpful since I’m always about bargans. Post more like this!

    Thanks for the comparisons. I’ve used artist brushes in the past and then wondered if they might be too harsh since they weren’t designed for faces so I stopped, but thanks for the ideas of some to choose. I might have to get some new ones. :) Very informative!

    I read many year …
    I read many year ago that the brush bristle themselves are the same, just that the paint brushes have longer handles and most people prefer “make up” brushes…psychologically better to use. The paint brushes work the same IMHO.
