For the liquid clear you can use 90% linseed oil with 10% terps or odourless thinners, acrylics are a waterbased medium so you can use a flow enhancer mixed in with your paint but when you have had practice you can get away with using water to make your acrylic flow nicely.

I just wanted to ask about your liquid clear medium. You said it was a combination of linseed oil and turpentine. What is the ratio of linseed oil to turpentine that you use? Also, is oderless turpenoid ok? Can this mixture be used with both acrylic and oil paints?
