Where can I find someone interested in buying a 150 year old French Impressionist Oil Painting of Cleopatra?

We have inherited a beautifully framed 6 foot by 3 1/2 foot oil painting. We have been told that it was hand carried out of Russia during the early part of the Bolshvick Revolution. It is a scene in Egypt where Cleopatra and her attendants are entertaining Mark Anthony while his ships are burning in the harbor that is seen in the distance. The artist whose name is in the lower left hand corner is J Serret. We would like to sell this painting, but don’t know where to turn for even get an estimate of it’s value.
