Is this Dali painting considered impressionist?

I haven’t been on here in ages, but I need this help. I am supposed to recreate the work of an impressionist artist and I chose Dali (his early work is impressionist). But the problem is that I am not sure if you would consider this painting impressionism or surrealism.

It looks more like an impressionism painting than a surrealist one. Where his face is sort of blurred, it’s similar to Monet’s faces being blurred in many of his paintings.
