I’m afraid that no artist named "Vovins" has ever attained any fame or notoriety as an artist. A quick google search would have shown you this faster than I could have.

he is most probably not oriental.maybe not living now.alsp painted a landscape titled "town".which is about 50 yrs old.

Is she also the young lady that designed "The Wall" in Washington.?

I have an ancient print with this name at the bottom. It is of cattle wading through a river with mountains beyond. It’s very like the work of S.R. Percy.

1888-1950. Apparently he was a very prolific painter and illustrator. More usually known as J.W. Gozzard or Goyyard. So prolific he even used a pseudonym, F. Arnold!

This landscape is painted on Masonite (ca’30’s) owned by my German Grandmother. The style is somewhat impressionistic
