In other words, is 5 of 900 worth more than 100 or 900?
Yes! I saw this episode of Judge Judy where this person was suing over a damaged print. Judge Judy made mention that since the print was like 420/456 that it wasn’t worth as much, which I inferred to mean that if it were 5/456 it would’ve been worth more.
The mark in lower left corner is a triangle with ‘INC.’ in the center. To the left of the triangle is the copyright symbol, A, and 1927. At the top of the triangle is ‘M’. At the bottom point of the triangle is ‘CHGO’. To the right of the triangle is ‘P’.
In the lower right of the print is ‘Heart’s Desire’.
Here’s hoping someone has information. Thanks
R. Atkinson Fox print titled Heart’s Desire, the print can be found on page 95 of Gibson book on Fox and Thompson prints. Is this it?

An excerpt of my song, “I Remember You – I Want to Forget You” is the musical background for the main part of this video (from :47 to the end)). The only “real” instrument used in this music is me playing bass guitar. I performed everything else, sampled Shamisan, Electric Piano, Koto, Synth Bass, Electric Guitar, Trombone, Saxophone, Trumpet, and YES, even the DRUMS… on an Acoustic Guitar with a Roland GK-2 synthesizer pickup temporarily taped to it.

Please help me find the name of this artist or print… my wife would like a copy of this for Christmas…

A friend of ours has a copy of this framed at their house… they bought it at Cost Plus World Market. When I went the employee said they don’t keep track of what prints they order (beyond what is in the store).
Please provide me with the name of the artist, the name of the print and if possible, where I can buy this print.
THANK YOU!!!

There should be a signature visable somewhere at the bottom of the painting. It would even be visible in the print. Look in the lower right or left corner of the print to see if there’s a signature. That would be someplace to start.
Usually it’s a print of just the sails and are done in bright colors. It looks as if the signature is E Shamilton or ES Hamilton, or maybe E Gramison, but I can’t find anything online. The one I own was printed in 1982. I’ve seen these alot, but don’t know if it’s local to Iowa or a nationally-known artist.

What is a gallery wrapped canvas?
# It is a high quality print on artist canvas.
# The canvas is stretched over custom made wood supports.
# Its depth is 1.5″
What’s so cool about gallery-wrapped canvases?
# These images stand out boldly without the distraction of a frame
# They appear to “float” on your wall.
# You don’t need a frame for stability; the structure is inside the art.

Ok, I am completely out of the loop on how you put together pieces of art and turn them into print so, I wanted to know is it as simple as taking the art into a Kinko’s and having them copied or does it require more in depth work. I am trying to surprise my husband for his birthday next week and was hoping someone was more knowledgeable about the process than me. Please help!
Yes, i am an artist, do this all the time.
Find a photography studio that shoots art. OR. if you have a high quality scanner, scan his work in, OR take a pic of it with digitla camera.
I use photoshop to resize, clean the artwork, than use my Epson printer using quality paper to print the work.
