I think you should ask her only that how much she want then it will be legally.after that she won,t be able to say that you did unfair to me.but make sure her demand should not more then 200 to 300$.

Tell her you will pay her for time and materials. Ask what she is worth per hour based on what she makes now on her job.
And times that by how many hours ,lets say for example she makes 15 to 20 dollars per hour on her job. And it takes her 2 hours that would come to 40 $ dollars plus material cost.
If it takes 10 hours then you would pay $ 200.00 dollars.
That is a fair way to do it and just tell her to keep track
of her hours.

That is a large canvass and paints are expensive so you will have to offer to pay at least the cost of her materials plus something for her time and effort. As this is a business logo obviously you want it to make money so you have to be fair to your friend and not take advantage of her talents.
